Het werkwoord to inform kan niet zonder lijdend voorwerp gebruikt worden.
Niet: *I will inform about the flight times.
Maar: I will find out about the flight times.
En: I will inform you about the flight times as soon as I have found out.
En ook: He inquired about the company’s liquidity position.
